About the Opportunity
Sterling Medical, a leading provider of healthcare services for large companies and government agencies, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team in Japan. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position with excellent compensation. We are actively facilitating relocation to Japan for the successful candidate.

About the Role
In this position, you will provide occupational therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve administering treatment plans, conducting medically prescribed interventions, and assisting in the development of care programs for patients. You will work closely with the supervising therapist to monitor patient status, maintain detailed records of client progress, and ensure the delivery of high-quality care in the resident's room or designated treatment areas.
The role also includes opportunities for professional growth, such as participating in in-service training and demonstrating competency in supervising occupational therapy assistant students in consultation with the lead therapist. You will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in various occupational therapy modalities and procedures while collaborating with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive patient recovery.
