Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across diverse clinical settings nationwide. This role is designed for clinicians who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to make a tangible impact on patient lives through travel, contract, or permanent opportunities.
Working under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will serve as a vital link in the care continuum. Your day will involve implementing individualized treatment plans, leading therapeutic activities, and supporting patients in retraining for activities of daily living (ADL). You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams—including OTs, nurses, and therapists—to optimize patient outcomes while adapting quickly to new facilities and varying care settings, from acute care and skilled nursing facilities to outpatient sites.
Beyond clinical execution, you will play an educational role, guiding patients and families on home exercise programs, safety strategies, and compensatory techniques. You will also maintain rigorous documentation standards using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to track progress and ensure compliance with state practice acts and facility policies.
We offer more than just a placement; we provide a supportive ecosystem for your career growth. Our dedicated recruiter team offers strong support throughout your journey, helping you navigate assignments and scheduling with ease. We are committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401k plan, ensuring you are cared for as you care for others.
Interested candidates should reach out to a Jackson Therapy Partners recruiter to discuss available assignments and scheduling. The recruitment process is designed to be responsive and collaborative, ensuring a smooth transition from application to your first assignment.
