As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will deliver direct patient care under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist across diverse clinical environments, including skilled nursing facilities, acute care, outpatient clinics, and home health. Your mission is to implement and progress individualized treatment plans that empower patients through ADL retraining, functional mobility training, and the use of adaptive equipment. You will play a vital role in educating patients and families on home programs and safety strategies while collaborating with OTs, nurses, and rehab teams to support comprehensive plans of care.
