About the Role
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. This role exists to help patients maximize their independence and quality of life across diverse clinical settings, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient clinics, and home health environments.
In this position, you will implement established treatment plans to improve functional independence and safety. You will work closely with patients and families to educate them on home exercise programs, adaptive equipment, and safety procedures. The role also involves assisting with patient assessments by reporting observations and responses to treatment, while maintaining accurate documentation of treatments and progress notes in the EMR system.
Working with a clinician-first staffing leader, you will receive strong recruiter support and assignments tailored to your professional goals and lifestyle.
