Based at the University of Miami Hospital & Clinics in the Nursing Progressive Care Unit (PCU) UTower, this position is integral to the daily care of our patients. You will work a 3 x 12-hour shift schedule, with days, nights, and weekends as required. In this role, you will partner with the nursing team to ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for patients. Your day will involve assisting with personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility, while also monitoring vital signs and reporting patient conditions to ensure professional assessment. You will be the first point of contact for patient call lights, responding promptly to their needs and requests.
