As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), you will be a cornerstone of patient care at Northridge Hospital. In this role, you directly contribute to patient comfort, safety, and recovery by providing essential support under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Every day, you will deliver compassionate basic care, assist with patient transport, and actively contribute to the patient's plan of care as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team.
You will uphold the highest standards of conduct and patient well-being, enhancing the patient experience through positive professional communication and initiatives like AIDET and HEAT. Your dedication to service and meticulous approach to patient support will be instrumental in fulfilling our mission of dignified, high-quality healthcare.
