About the Role
The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) plays a vital role in our care teams, working directly under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide specific direct and indirect patient and resident care. This position is essential to ensuring that residents receive compassionate support with their daily needs, from personal hygiene and bathing to dressing and other Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
In this role, you will be the eyes and ears of the nursing team, actively participating in the care planning process and promptly reporting any changes in patient conditions or concerns from patients and families to the charge nurse and supervisor. Your dedication helps create a safe and supportive environment where residents feel cared for and respected.
