As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will perform assigned duties of resident care, activities of daily living, and related tasks under the direct supervision of a nurse and the nurse manager. This role is designed for those who wish to select a position that aligns with their passion for senior care. You will be a change agent, demonstrating sensitivity to residents' emotional, social, mental health, and spiritual needs while fostering their autonomy.
We offer a robust opportunity for professional growth, including an Educational Assistance Program that provides $8,000 per calendar year for Nursing Programs. Competitive benefits and nursing scholarship opportunities are available to support your journey. We also offer rates up to $21.50/hour, with additional differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts, as well as a sign-on bonus of up to $6,000.
