About the Role
We are hiring full-time Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) for all shifts at our newly managed facility. In this role, you will work under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide specific direct and indirect patient and resident care. You will assist patients and residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as personal hygiene, bathing, and dressing, while participating in the care planning process. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting changes in patient conditions, as well as any patient or family concerns, to the charge nurse and supervisor.
