About the Role
Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support our residents in all aspects of daily living. You will provide person-centered care that ensures we meet every resident's unique needs. In this role, you will be the heart of the community, assisting residents with their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs while implementing personal care plans that focus on their strengths, preferences, and routines.
Your day will be filled with providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging. You will work closely with the clinical team to ensure resident needs are addressed in a timely manner and assist with resident activities and programs.
