About the Role
Join our Pediatric Neuroscience team at the Dell Children's Specialty Pavilion in Austin, TX. In this role, you will be the backbone of the clinical flow, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for both providers and patients. Your day will involve preparing exam rooms, prioritizing patient transitions, and capturing the patient's story by accurately measuring vital signs and conducting interviews. You will play a critical part in optimizing the care environment by managing essential supplies and ensuring the team is always equipped for uninterrupted patient care. Additionally, you will master clinical documentation by transcribing diagnoses, orders, and follow-up instructions into patient records, ensuring the accuracy of the care journey from start to finish.
