About the Team
Join the Cardiology team at the new MUSC Clements Ferry Pavilion. Our group of RNs, LPNs, and Medical Assistants works closely with cardiology providers to deliver exceptional patient care. While this role is primarily based in the cardiology area, team members have opportunities to cross-train for other specialties. We pride ourselves on a fast-paced environment where we know how to have fun on the job.
About the Role
As a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), you will be passionate about patient care and eager to learn. You will play a vital role in ensuring quality patient care under the direction of a physician or licensed healthcare provider. Your day will involve rooming patients, taking vitals and health history, documenting in an electronic medical record, returning patient messages, giving injections, and assisting with minor procedures. You will also be responsible for maintaining clinical equipment, managing exam room supplies, and ensuring a clean patient care environment. Experience in Cardiology and Stress Testing is preferred.
Schedule & Benefits
This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays required. We offer free on-site parking for our team members.

Requirements
