About the Role
As a Certified Caregiver, you will actively incorporate our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." Your day will involve developing a deep awareness of residents' interests and needs, assisting them in maximizing their independence and participation. You will provide exemplary care ranging from basic needs and activities of daily living to recreational activities, all while helping to create a safe environment for resident care.
Schedules
We offer flexible scheduling options to fit your life:
- NOC On Call: Requires overnight availability during the week and weekends.
- Day/Evening/NOC: Requires open availability throughout the week and weekends.
