About the Role
As a Certified Caregiver, you will actively incorporate our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." This role is about more than just completing tasks; it is about developing a deep awareness of each resident's unique interests and needs. You will assist residents in maximizing their independence and participation by providing exemplary care that ranges from meeting basic needs to facilitating activities of daily living and engaging in recreational activities.
Your primary goal is to help create a safe, supportive environment where residents can flourish. You will be a vital part of a team that supports both the residents and one another, fostering a culture where everyone can grow personally and professionally.
Schedule and Availability
This position is On Call. To be successful in this role, you must have availability for evening and weekend shifts.
