The Centralized Account Executive serves as a vital bridge between Newrez and the wholesale mortgage ecosystem. In this role, you will market our wholesale and correspondent products to prospective brokers and bankers, utilizing both leads and centralized telemarketing channels. Beyond initial outreach, you will manage established broker relations, overseeing approvals, education, customer service, and quality management regarding our processes, products, and technology.
You will act as a subject matter expert on company policies and procedures, collaborating with loan operations to manage active pipelines and ensuring clients fully understand our loan processing, underwriting, and closing processes. Your day will involve formulating funding projections, conducting online presentations at broker offices to promote our value proposition, and assisting clients with lock reconciliations and exceptions.
