As a Central Processing Technician, you will play a critical role in our on-site operations. Your primary mission is to support the surgical workflow by decontaminating, assembling, sterilizing, and distributing surgical instruments and trays. This role is essential for maintaining the highest standards of infection prevention and safety, directly contributing to the success of our surgical procedures.
In this position, you will work closely with our Operating Room and nursing staff to meet procedural needs. Your day will involve operating sterilization equipment, monitoring sterilization parameters, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards. You will also be responsible for preparing and staging case carts, managing instrument and supply inventory, and participating in equipment maintenance and quality audits.
We are looking for candidates with 1–2 years of sterile processing or acute care experience who demonstrate strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will bring a commitment to patient care and the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced medical environment.
