About the Role
As a Central Processing Technician, you will play a critical role in our on-site operations. Your primary mission is to support the surgical workflow by decontaminating, assembling, sterilizing, and distributing surgical instruments and trays. This role is essential for maintaining the safety and efficiency of our outpatient surgeries.
In this position, you will work closely with our Operating Room and nursing staff to meet procedural needs. Your day will involve operating sterilization equipment, monitoring sterilization parameters, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will also be responsible for preparing and staging case carts, managing instrument and supply inventory, and participating in equipment maintenance and quality audits. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to upholding the highest infection prevention and safety standards.
