About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Central Processing Technician to join our team in an on-site capacity. This role is critical to our mission: you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of surgical instruments, from decontamination to distribution. Your work ensures that every tool used in our operating rooms is sterile, assembled correctly, and ready for use, directly contributing to the safety and success of our patients.

In this position, you will operate sterilization equipment, maintain precise documentation, and prepare case carts for daily procedures. You will collaborate closely with our OR and nursing staff to meet procedural needs, manage inventory, and participate in quality audits. This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail and adherence to infection prevention standards make a tangible difference in our daily operations.

Hiring Process
