About the Role
As a Central Processing Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting our outpatient surgeries. This on-site position is essential for ensuring that every surgical instrument and tray is meticulously decontaminated, assembled, sterilized, and distributed. Your work directly contributes to the safe and efficient execution of surgical procedures, requiring a detail-oriented approach to every task.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with operating room and nursing staff to meet procedural needs. You will operate sterilization equipment, monitor parameters, and maintain accurate documentation to uphold strict infection prevention and quality standards. The position involves preparing case carts, managing inventory, and participating in equipment maintenance and quality audits.
Hiring Process
We are seeking candidates with 1–2 years of sterile processing or acute care experience who demonstrate strong teamwork, integrity, and a focus on patient care. Ideal applicants will possess CRCST certification (preferred) and BLS certification (preferred).
