As a Central Processing Technician, you will play a critical role in our on-site operations. Your primary mission is to support the surgical workflow by decontaminating, assembling, sterilizing, and distributing surgical instruments and trays. This role is essential for maintaining the highest standards of infection prevention and safety, directly contributing to the success of our surgical procedures.
In this position, you will work closely with our Operating Room and nursing staff to meet procedural needs. Your day will involve operating sterilization equipment, monitoring parameters, preparing case carts, and managing inventory to ensure no delays occur during surgeries. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and participating in equipment maintenance and quality audits, ensuring that every instrument meets our rigorous quality standards.
