About the Role

As a Central Processing Technician, you will play a critical role in our on-site surgical operations. Your primary mission is to support the surgical workflow by decontaminating, assembling, sterilizing, and distributing surgical instruments and trays. This role is essential for maintaining the highest standards of infection prevention and safety, directly contributing to the success of our surgical procedures.

In this position, you will work closely with our Operating Room and nursing staff to meet procedural needs. Your day will involve operating sterilization equipment, monitoring sterilization parameters, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards. You will also be responsible for preparing and staging case carts, managing instrument and supply inventory, and participating in equipment maintenance and quality audits.

Hiring Process

We are looking for candidates who bring 1–2 years of sterile processing or acute care experience. Ideal applicants will demonstrate strong teamwork skills and a commitment to patient care. While specific certification preferences (such as CRCST or CBSPD) are noted, we value the practical experience and dedication you bring to the role.
