About the Job
We are seeking a Contract Driver to operate a Dry Van on Over-The-Road (OTR) line haul routes. This is a solo 1099 position designed for drivers who value schedule flexibility. Routes are negotiable, allowing you to tailor your workload to your preferences.
Home Time
Our home time policy is built around your life outside the truck. You can expect to be out for 4 to 14 days at a time, though you are welcome to stay out longer if you choose. Our accrual system rewards your time on the road: for every 5 days worked, you earn 2 days of home time. Additionally, we ensure you are home for at least one weekend per month.
Orientation Details
We provide a streamlined orientation process that can be completed partly or fully online to accommodate your schedule. While the orientation itself is unpaid, we cover accommodation costs, providing you with your own room. Please note that meals are not included during this period. We also cover some or all travel expenses associated with getting you to the orientation location.
