About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL drivers to join our team. Whether you are operating heavy-duty trucks with front, side, or rear-end load lift attachments, or managing residential collections, your role is vital to our mission. You will transport waste, recyclable, or disposal materials to facilities, navigating high-traffic roadways, driveways, and alleyways with precision.
This position offers significant opportunity for advancement. From maneuvering wheeled containers weighing over 1,000 pounds to operating roll-off trucks in tight industrial environments, highly skilled backing and driving maneuvers are essential. You will work closely with Operations Managers to improve route efficiencies and ensure the highest standards of safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePerform pre and post-trip vehicle inspections and document checks using the standard DVIR
- check_circleNavigate high-traffic roadways, driveways, and alleyways to collect residential or commercial waste
- check_circleCommunicate customer requests and route issues to Operations Manager or Dispatch
- check_circleDump all receptacles completely and leave customer locations clean and free of debris
- check_circleParticipate in all scheduled training programs, briefings, and meetings as required by the company
- check_circleWork with Operations Manager to improve route efficiencies and identify best practices
- check_circleFollow route assignments and complete end-of-day documentation and check-out processes
- check_circleOperate heavy-duty trucks with various load lift attachments to transport waste or recyclable materials
- check_circlePrepare, load, and transport large mobile open-top and compactor containers from customer locations
- check_circleReport unsafe situations, service interruptions, accidents, or property damage to Operations Manager or Dispatch
Requirements
