About the Role
As a Driver, you will operate heavy-duty trucks equipped with front, side, or rear-end load lift attachments, depending on the specific line of business and vehicle type. Your mission is to transport waste, recyclable, or disposal materials to appropriate facilities once trucks reach legal load capacity.
The role varies by route type:
- Commercial Drivers provide pick-up services for containers that may weigh over 1,000 pounds, requiring skilled maneuvering of wheeled containers in high-traffic areas, driveways, and alleyways.
- Residential Drivers collect household waste and recyclables, navigating residential environments with precision.
- Roll-off Drivers prepare, load, and transport large mobile open-top and compactor containers, often operating in tight overhead environments on industrial routes.
Success in this role requires highly skilled backing maneuvers and the ability to navigate congested roadways safely. You will work closely with Operations Managers to improve route efficiencies, adhere to strict safety protocols, and ensure customer locations are left clean and free of debris.

Requirements
