About the Role
Republic Services is seeking a Relief Driver to support our Transportation & Logistics team within the Waste Management industry. This position is vital for ensuring uninterrupted service across both residential and commercial routes. As a Relief Driver, you will step in to fill gaps, providing flexibility and reliability to keep our operations running smoothly.
In this role, you will safely operate collection vehicles while adhering to strict DOT and company safety standards. Your day-to-day involves performing pre- and post-trip inspections, accurately completing route documentation, and maintaining the cleanliness and compliance of assigned vehicles. You will interact professionally with customers, resolving basic service concerns and reporting any route or equipment issues to dispatch. This position supports our broader commitment to environmental responsibility, inclusivity, safety, and personal growth.

Requirements
