About the Role
As a Driver at Waste Management, you will operate heavy-duty trucks equipped with front, side, or rear-end load lift attachments, depending on the line of business and vehicle type. Your mission is to transport material to disposal, transfer, or recycling facilities once trucks reach legal load capacity.
You will navigate high-traffic roadways, driveways, alleyways, and lots, often maneuvering wheeled containers that can weigh in excess of 1,000 pounds. Whether you are a Commercial Driver providing pick-up services for waste or recyclables, a Residential Driver collecting household materials, or a Roll-off Driver handling large mobile containers in industrial environments, your role requires highly skilled backing maneuvers and safe navigation in congested areas.

Requirements
- verified1 year operating a vehicle requiring a CDL or 1 year equivalent military driving within the last 7 years
