About the Role
This position is responsible for the effective, efficient, and safe transportation of passengers and employees to and from assigned destinations. The role exists to ensure that all activities support the safety and welfare of every passenger. You will be the face of our service, greeting customers with a caring attitude, anticipating their needs, and providing information about the local area. Whether working with or without supervision, you will maintain a friendly demeanor and a "can-do" attitude to resolve any issues and ensure premier customer satisfaction.
Your day will involve operating the shuttle vehicle, assisting passengers with boarding and exiting (including the operation of specialized equipment for those with special needs), and performing essential pre- and post-inspection activities. You will also handle daily cleaning, fueling, and maintenance tasks while adhering to strict safety and DOT standards. Effective communication with dispatch and management via two-way radio is a key part of your daily routine.
Hiring Process
We are currently hiring for morning and evening shifts, Monday through Friday, with a planned start date in mid-August. Please indicate your availability or preferred shift when you apply. All candidates must pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen to be hired.
