CDL Live Haul Driver

About the Role

As a Live Haul Driver, you will play a vital role in our supply chain by transporting birds between poultry farms and processing plants. This position is designed for drivers who value local, home-daily routes, allowing you to maintain a consistent schedule while supporting our operations.

The Day-to-Day

Your shift will focus on the safe and efficient movement of livestock. You will be responsible for performing pre-trip inspections to ensure your truck is road-ready and that the load is secured properly. Throughout your 10-hour shift, you will navigate local routes, often in varying weather conditions, while maintaining strict adherence to Department of Transportation (DOT) safety rules, company policies, and all local, state, and federal regulations. The role also involves completing required documentation and keeping your truck clean to meet operational standards.
