As a US Foods Delivery Driver, you will be a critical member of our team and one of the most important faces of our organization. Your efforts serve as the foundation for our success, defined by our pillars of cultural beliefs, work ethic, collaborative spirit, and service. You will deliver a wide variety of products—including meats, produce, frozen goods, groceries, dry goods, equipment, and supplies—to customer drop-off sites.
This role is ideal for those who relish the chance to push their potential and grow within the US Foods family. You will be responsible for delivering best-in-class customer service, ensuring orders meet scheduled delivery times, and maintaining productivity. The position requires frequent stops, manual heavy lifting of items up to 80 pounds, and the ability to work in inclement weather conditions.
This position involves covering multiple yards located in Oregon to start routes. Drivers must be flexible and open to making multi-yard trips, as route assignments may alternate on a weekly basis. Schedules typically include weekends, with an average work week of 4 or 5 days. Start times are early morning, ranging between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM, and may vary based on route assignment.
We help you make it! Compensation depends on relevant experience, education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $31.44 and $34.93 per hour, with overtime compensation as applicable.
