About the Role

As a US Foods Delivery Driver, you will be a critical part of the team and one of the most important faces of our organization. You will deliver meats, produce, frozen goods, groceries, dry goods, equipment, and supplies to customer drop-off sites. Your efforts form the foundation of US Foods' success, defined by our pillars of cultural beliefs, work ethic, collaborative spirit, and service.

This role is ideal for Class A Drivers who are flexible and open to making multi-yard trips to start routes. You will relish the chance to push your potential and grow within the US Foods family. As a driver, you will have an impact on our customers by delivering best-in-class service, verifying deliveries, and collecting payments where needed. You will also be responsible for unloading products, performing manual heavy lifting up to 80 pounds, and making frequent stops, often in inclement weather.

Day in the Life

Your schedule will feature early morning start times, ranging between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM, with availability required Monday through Saturday. The average work week consists of 4 or 5 days, though schedules may include weekends. Route assignments cover multiple yards located in Oregon, and routes may alternate on a weekly basis. This position requires commuting and traveling to various assigned yards in Oregon to get routes started, with travel times varying based on assignment.
