We are seeking a Company Driver to join our OTR (Over-The-Road) team operating Dry Vans. This position offers a flexible scheduling environment with no night driving required. Our trucks are governed at 64/66 mph, and the role involves an average of 2,500 to 3,500 miles per week. Drivers will not be responsible for loading or unloading cargo.
Drivers can expect a total weekly average pay of $1,500 to $1,900, based on a rate of $0.58 to $0.63 CPM. Regarding home time, the schedule typically involves being out for 10 to 21 days. Drivers earn three days of home time for every 14 days worked, though there are no guaranteed weekends at home. Drivers who wish to stay out longer are welcome to do so.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, and a 401K plan. Additional perks include paid holidays and paid vacation. After 90 days of employment, drivers are eligible for riders and pets in the cab, subject to company policy.
We offer a paid orientation program where accommodation is covered, and drivers are provided their own room. Meals, including lunch and breakfast, are included during orientation, and we cover some or all travel expenses. To apply, candidates must hold a Class A license without restrictions for Air Brakes, Night Driving, Semi Trailers, or Intrastate Only operations, and possess at least 12 months of Tractor Trailer experience.
