About the Role
We are seeking a Company Driver to operate a Dry Van on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes. This position is designed for solo drivers who value flexibility and a balanced lifestyle. You will drive trucks governed at 64/66 mph, with no night driving required. The role offers a predictable schedule with an average of 2,500 to 3,500 miles per week and no driver load or unload duties.
Home Time & Lifestyle
Our scheduling model allows for significant flexibility. Drivers can expect to be out for 10 to 21 days at a time, though you are welcome to stay out longer if you choose. We offer a home time structure where you earn three days of home time for every 14 days worked. Please note that weekends at home are not guaranteed. Additionally, riders and pets are permitted after a 90-day probationary period, subject to company policy.
Orientation & Onboarding
We provide a comprehensive paid orientation to ensure a smooth transition. During this period, we cover accommodation with drivers assigned their own private room. Meals, including lunch and breakfast, are provided, and we cover some or all travel expenses to get you to the starting location.
