About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Company Driver to join our team in an OTR (Over-The-Road) capacity. This role focuses on Dry Van operations, offering a balanced lifestyle with flexible scheduling and no night driving requirements. Our trucks are governed at 64/66 mph, ensuring a steady and safe pace for your journey.
As a solo driver, you will manage an average of 2,500 to 3,500 miles per week. A key benefit of this position is that you will not be required to perform driver load or unload duties, allowing you to focus entirely on the road. While home time typically ranges from 10 to 21 days out, the schedule is flexible; you may stay out longer if you prefer. Our policy aims to provide 3 days of home time for every 14 days worked, though weekends are not guaranteed.
Hiring Process & Orientation
We offer a comprehensive paid orientation to ensure you are set up for success before hitting the road. During this period, we cover accommodation, providing you with your own room, and include lunch and breakfast. We also assist with covering some or all travel expenses to get you to the starting point.
To apply, candidates must hold a Class A license without restrictions for Air Brakes, Night Driving, Semi Trailers, or Intrastate-only operation, along with at least 12 months of Tractor Trailer experience.
