About the Role
We are seeking a Company Driver to operate a Dry Van on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes. This position is designed for solo drivers who value flexibility and a predictable schedule. You will drive trucks governed at 64/66 mph, with a specific policy that prohibits night driving. The role offers an average of 2,500 to 3,500 miles per week and includes no driver load or unload duties.
Drivers can expect to be out for 10 to 21 days at a time, though you have the option to stay out longer if desired. Our home time structure provides three days of home time for every 14 days worked, though weekends are not guaranteed.

Hiring Process & Orientation
We offer a paid orientation program to ensure a smooth transition. During this period, accommodation is covered with drivers assigned their own room. Meals, including lunch and breakfast, are provided, and we cover some or all travel expenses associated with the orientation.
