About the Role
We are seeking a Company Driver to join our team on a solo, OTR (Over-The-Road) basis. This position focuses on operating Dry Van trucks governed at 64/66 mph, covering an average of 2,500 to 3,500 miles per week. A key aspect of this role is the flexibility it offers: there is no night driving required, and drivers are not responsible for loading or unloading cargo.
Our scheduling philosophy prioritizes work-life balance. While home time expectations range from 10 to 21 days out, the schedule is flexible; drivers may stay out longer if they choose. The standard accrual provides three days of home time for every 14 days worked, though weekends at home are not guaranteed. Additionally, riders and pets are permitted after a 90-day probationary period, subject to company policy.
Hiring Process & Orientation
We offer a comprehensive paid orientation to ensure a smooth transition for new drivers. This includes covered accommodation in a private room, meals (breakfast and lunch), and assistance with travel expenses. Successful candidates will be hired as W-2 employees.
