The Driving Experience
Our team runs 100% no-touch dry van freight, ensuring paid miles both empty and loaded while on duty. We prioritize safety and comfort with an average equipment fleet less than 18 months old. Drivers enjoy the freedom of no inward-facing cameras, reflecting our culture of mutual respect and trust.
We support our drivers with high levels of contracted freight from award-winning shippers and maintain fewer drivers per dispatcher to ensure better communication. Additionally, we offer an uncapped referral program paying up to $4,500 per referral.
