About the Role

We are seeking CDL-A drivers to join our fleet on a variety of routes, including Over-the-Road (OTR), Regional, and Dedicated options. Whether you prefer multiple home time options or a specific route structure, this role offers the flexibility to match your lifestyle. You will be driving no-touch dry van freight, utilizing drop-and-hook techniques to maximize efficiency. Our trucks are equipped with the latest Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors, all running at 68 MPH to ensure timely deliveries across our 48-state operating area.

Hiring Process & Orientation

We offer a paid orientation program held every Tuesday at our state-of-the-art headquarters in North Liberty, IA. During this week-long program, you will receive breakfast and lunch, transportation reimbursement (subject to exclusions), and be assigned your truck by Friday. This process ensures you are fully prepared and supported before hitting the road.
