The Role
We are seeking CDL-A drivers to join our fleet on a variety of routes, including Over-The-Road (OTR), Regional, and Dedicated options. Whether you are looking for multiple home time options or a specific route structure, our team offers the flexibility and support you need. You will be driving the latest Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors, which are maintained to run at 68 MPH, ensuring efficient and reliable transport of no-touch dry van freight.

Orientation and Onboarding
We offer a paid orientation program held every Tuesday at our state-of-the-art headquarters in North Liberty, IA. During this week-long experience, you will receive a single-occupancy hotel room each night, with breakfast and lunch provided. We also offer transportation reimbursement to help you get to the location. By the end of the week, typically by Friday, you will be assigned your truck and ready to hit the road.
