The Role
We are seeking CDL-A drivers to join our fleet on a variety of routes, including Over-The-Road (OTR), Regional, and Dedicated options. Whether you prefer a specific home time schedule or the freedom of OTR, our no-touch dry van freight and drop & hook operations are designed to maximize your time on the road and minimize downtime. Our trucks are equipped with the latest Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors and run at 68 MPH to ensure efficient delivery.

Hiring Process
We offer a paid orientation program held every Tuesday at our state-of-the-art headquarters in North Liberty, IA. During this week-long program, you will receive transportation reimbursement (subject to exclusions), get assigned your truck by Friday, and experience the Heartland culture firsthand. After orientation, you will be ready to hit the road.
