About the Role

We are seeking CDL-A drivers to join our fleet on a variety of routes, including Over-the-Road (OTR), Regional, and Dedicated options. Whether you prefer multiple home time options or a specific route structure, this role offers the flexibility to fit your lifestyle. You will be driving a modern fleet of Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors, all equipped to run at 68 MPH. The position features no-touch dry van freight with drop-and-hook capabilities, allowing you to focus on the road.

Orientation and Onboarding

We offer a paid orientation program held every Tuesday at our state-of-the-art headquarters in North Liberty, IA. During this week-long training, you will receive a single-occupancy hotel room each night, along with breakfast and lunch. Transportation reimbursement is available for eligible candidates. By the end of the week, typically by Friday, you will be assigned your truck and ready to hit the road.
