The Role

We are seeking CDL-A drivers to join our fleet on a variety of routes, including Over-The-Road (OTR), Regional, and Dedicated options. Whether you prefer no-touch dry van freight with drop-and-hook capabilities or specific home time schedules, we offer multiple options to fit your lifestyle. Our trucks are equipped with the latest Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors and are driven at 68 MPH to ensure efficiency.

The Experience

Joining our team means experiencing the "Heartland Difference." We provide a supportive environment with single-occupancy hotel rooms during orientation, free showers, and free laundry services. Our coast-to-coast terminal facilities have been newly updated and remodeled to offer comfort, including TV and food. Drivers also benefit from paid vacation, detention pay, and breakdown pay, ensuring you are compensated for every aspect of your work.

Hiring Process

We offer a paid orientation program held every Tuesday at our state-of-the-art headquarters in North Liberty, IA. During this week-long program, you will receive breakfast and lunch, transportation reimbursement, and be assigned your truck by Friday. This process is designed to get you on the road quickly and safely.
