About the Role
As an OTR CDL A Driver, you will operate 2019+ Freightliner and Volvo trucks equipped with APUs, inverters, fridges, and microwave capabilities. The role offers a home-weekly schedule with all miles paid and access to 24/7 dispatch and roadside assistance. We provide a clean, well-maintained fleet and ensure that re-power trucks are sent for any necessary breakdowns.
Training Program
We offer a comprehensive paid training program designed to get you on the road quickly. Trainees can take the truck home during the two-week paid training period, which pays $1,500 per week. The program includes a hotel stay at a Holiday Inn Express, plus rental car or transportation assistance. Upon completing the first week of training, drivers receive a $1,000 completion bonus. Tanker and Hazmat endorsements are preferred but not required to start; training is provided for those interested.
Hiring Process
To join our team, applicants must be at least 23 years old, possess a valid CDL A license, and have a clean driving record. While 9 months of OTR driving experience is required, one year is preferred. Candidates must meet all FMCSA requirements. Tanker and Hazmat endorsements are preferred but not mandatory for entry.
