About the Role
As an OTR CDL A Driver, you will operate 2019+ Freightliner and Volvo trucks equipped with APU, inverter, fridge, and microwave capabilities. The role offers a flexible time-off program and the opportunity to earn between $95,000 and $105,000 in your first year. You will be part of a team that values safety and reliability, with all miles paid and 24/7 dispatch and roadside assistance available.
Training Program
We offer a comprehensive paid training program designed to get you on the road quickly. During the two-week training period, you will earn $1,500 per week plus a $1,000 completion bonus. Trainees take the truck home during this period, stay at a Holiday Inn Express, and have rental car or transportation provided. Tanker and Hazmat endorsements are preferred but not required to start; training is provided for those who need them.
Hiring Process
To join our team, you must be at least 23 years old with a valid CDL A license and a clean driving record. While 9 months of OTR experience is required, 1 year is preferred. You must meet all FMCSA requirements. If you have tanker and hazmat endorsements, that is a plus, but we welcome candidates without them as long as they are willing to train.
