About the Role

We are hiring OTR CDL A Drivers to operate 2019+ Freightliner and Volvo trucks. Our fleet is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with an APU, inverter, fridge, and microwave capability. Satellite TV with the NFL Network is available in the cab.

This role offers a unique opportunity to take the truck home during the training program. Drivers can expect to be home weekly and enjoy a flexible time-off program. We provide 24/7 dispatch and roadside assistance, and we re-power trucks immediately if a breakdown occurs.

Training Program

Our comprehensive paid training program includes two weeks at $1,500 per week plus a $1,000 completion bonus. During orientation, we provide a complimentary stay at a Holiday Inn Express (or Fairfield Inn) with hot breakfast included, along with a rental car or transportation. Drivers receive a $2,500 referral bonus for successful hires.

Hiring Process

To join Liquid Trucking, candidates must meet FMCSA requirements, possess a valid CDL A license, and have a clean driving record. While 9 months of OTR experience is required, tanker and hazmat endorsements are preferred but not necessary to start; training is provided for these endorsements.
