About the Role
We are seeking Over-The-Road (OTR) CDL A Drivers to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to drive 2019+ Freightliner and Volvo trucks equipped with modern amenities including an APU, inverter, fridge, and microwave capability. Satellite TV with the NFL Network is available on board.
Drivers can expect to be home weekly. The position includes a flexible time-off program and a rider policy. We provide complimentary stays at Fairfield Inn during orientation, including hot breakfast, and offer a uniform program.
Hiring Process & Training
Our training program is designed to get you on the road quickly and comfortably. New drivers can take the truck home during training. The program includes two weeks of paid training at $1,500 per week, with a $1,000 completion bonus. During orientation, we cover hotel stays at Holiday Inn Express and provide rental car or transportation options.

While a valid CDL A license and 9 months of OTR experience are required, tanker and hazmat endorsements are preferred but not necessary to start, as training is provided.
