US Foods is one of the largest food distributors in the nation, built on a culture of "You Matter." We pride ourselves on a history of promoting from within, offering unlimited career growth opportunities alongside ongoing job skills and leadership development training. Our mission is to help our customers make it, while simultaneously helping our drivers make it through a commitment to total rewards that respect and reward dedication and hard work.
As a Delivery Driver, you will be one of the most important faces of our organization. You are critical to our team's success, serving as the foundation that defines our cultural beliefs, work ethic, collaborative spirit, and service. Your efforts directly impact our customers by delivering meats, produce, frozen goods, groceries, dry goods, equipment, and supplies to their drop-off sites.
Great drivers on our team strive for integrity and reliability, building trusting relationships with customers both on and off the road. This role is designed for those who relish the chance to push their potential and reap the rewards of joining the US Foods family. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring best-in-class customer service while meeting scheduled delivery times and maintaining productivity.
Your day will involve frequent stops and the physical delivery of products, often in inclement weather conditions. You will unload products using a hand truck and place items in customer storage areas, verifying delivery with customers and collecting payments where needed. This is a hands-on role requiring repeated manual heavy lifting of items up to 80 pounds.
We offer a schedule that allows you to be home every night with local routes, working Monday through Friday. The role includes paid training and paid overtime, with a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week. Benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid parental leave, start on day one.

Important Regulatory Requirement: Registering to the FMCSA Clearinghouse is a mandatory requirement by the Department of Transportation. All truck drivers must visit the Clearinghouse website and register to the secure online database, which provides real-time information regarding drug and alcohol program violations for CDL and CLP holders. If you have not yet registered, please visit the FMCSA Clearinghouse website to complete this step before applying.
At US Foods, we are committed to compensation, benefits, and a culture that respects and rewards our employees for their dedication. We believe in helping our drivers succeed through excellent leadership and service recognition. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and consider qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, genetic information, protected veteran status, or disability status.
