About the Role

As a Delivery Driver, you will be one of the most important faces of our organization and critical to the US FOODS® team. You will deliver meats, produce, frozen goods, groceries, dry goods, equipment, and supplies to customer drop-off sites. Your efforts form the foundation of our success, defined by our pillars of cultural beliefs, work ethic, collaborative spirit, and service.

Great drivers on our transportation team strive for integrity and reliability, building trusting relationships with customers both on and off the road. You will be responsible for delivering best-in-class customer service, meeting scheduled delivery times, and verifying deliveries. The role involves frequent stops, unloading products with a hand truck, and collecting payments where needed, often requiring the ability to perform repeated manual heavy lifting of items up to 80 pounds and working in inclement weather conditions.
