About the Role
We are seeking CDL-A drivers to join our fleet on a variety of routes, including Over-The-Road (OTR), Regional, and Dedicated options. Whether you prefer no-touch dry van freight with drop-and-hook capabilities or specific home time schedules, there is a place for you within our 48-state operating area. Our drivers operate the latest Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors, which are tuned to run at 68 MPH to ensure efficient deliveries.

Hiring Process & Orientation
We offer a paid orientation program held every Tuesday at our state-of-the-art headquarters in North Liberty, IA. During this week-long program, you will receive breakfast and lunch, transportation reimbursement (subject to exclusions), and be assigned your truck by Friday. Orientation includes single-occupancy hotel accommodations for each day. Once completed, you will be ready to hit the road.
