About the Role
Join our team as an Over-the-Road (OTR) Regional Driver. This role focuses exclusively on OTR regional routes, with no local driving required. You will operate 2023 or newer Freightliner tractors equipped with 100% automated manual transmissions, ensuring a comfortable and efficient driving experience. Every truck features an inverter and bunk heater, and we maintain a strict no slip-seating policy to prioritize your comfort on the road.
Our drivers enjoy 99% no-touch freight, allowing you to focus on driving rather than loading and unloading. We offer a competitive pay structure ranging from $0.45 to $0.60 per mile, based on verifiable experience, along with scheduled CPM increases and a monthly safety bonus. For added financial stability, we provide a guaranteed daily pay option and paid orientation.
