The Lease Purchase Opportunity
This role is designed for drivers who want to build ownership while earning strong weekly take-home pay. As a Lease Purchase driver, you will average between $1,400 and $1,650 weekly, combining mileage pay, fuel surcharges, and accessorial earnings. The program features a true walk-away lease with no money down, no credit check, and no balloon payment required.
You will drive late-model 2023–2027 Freightliner and International trucks, running 100% no-touch dry van freight with 60% drop & hook to minimize dock time. The role includes predictable weekly 34-hour resets to ensure you can recharge without slowing your earning momentum. Additionally, a full-service bumper-to-bumper maintenance program helps control costs, and rider and pet policies are available so you don't have to run solo.
How to Apply
There is no deadline to apply; we accept applications on an ongoing basis. To get started, you can receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus plus $500 in orientation pay as you transition into your truck. Please note that pay varies by route, location, experience level, and performance.
